We all enter life’s door with baggage – our heritage, environment and circumstances. At first our stuff fits into one small suitcase. As we grow into adulthood, life gets cluttered. Our baggage weighs us down. Life adds more bags with each person who enters our world. One day, we take out our plans, only to find them wrinkled. We uncap the perfume of a promise someone gave us only to find it sprung a leak, the bottle empty. We look for the joy we packed yesterday only to learn it ended up in someone else’s plane. Travel-worn, we wander from one meaningless destination to another, our suitcases overstuffed, latches broken, contents hanging out. We never reach our

God-given purpose.

Here's good news. You’ve been given a free gift from God. A compass. His name is Jesus Christ. He wants to save you from your meaningless journey. He wants to point you in the right direction. All you have to do is ask Him to come into your heart. You must receive Him by faith. I know. It sounds too simple to be true. It doesn't matter what your religion is. It's not about a religion. It's about a relationship. You need Jesus Christ in your life. Make a decision to receive Him into your heart right now. Bow your head and pray:

"Jesus - please forgive me of my past. Come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior.Direct me from this moment on. I turn my entire life over to you right now."

Jesus will guide you across life's rugged terrain. He will lead you through unknown territory with incredible peace of mind. He will re-pack your life into roomy, padded compartments that protect from impact and shock. Go to church on Sunday. For additional encouragement CLICK HERE.
